PAL-BX/SALT+15 is a refractometer and salt meter hybrid, which has an optical prism used to measure the concentration (Brix) and a titanium electrode to measure the salt contents.
It checks the balance between concentration(Brix) and salt, which is the decisive factor for taste in foods.
In addition, we pursued the elimination of the dilution, which is required for salt measurement, especially for the concentrated samples like sauce.
The salt concentration of samples with high concentrations, such as sauce, can be measured without dilution!
PAL-pH and PAL-Fruits & Jam（pH） have been merged to become PAL-pH Plus.
This product has been made even more durable and can be used for a longer period of time.
