The measurement range of the PAL-2 digital refractometer is Brix 45.0 - 93.0%. It is suitable for high concentration samples such as jam, marmalade, jelly, honey, and concentrated juice.
If you measure boiling jam or marmalade, we recommend PAL-H or use a MAGIC to cool them down quickly and minimize evaporation to stabilize your measurement.
PAL-pH and PAL-Fruits & Jam(pH) have been merged to become PAL-pH Plus. This product has been made even more durable and can be used for a longer period of time.
